It is a new week and I am going to try to keep a positive attitude toward my workouts this week. We have 6 inches of new snow from the weekend and today it is cold. The rest of the week is not looking promising weather wise either. Cold, rain and some snow.
Looks like I will be doing my 14 miles this week on the dreadmill. Stay positive and just do it. I am also going to do some interval training on the elliptical along with weight training on my off running days. Different muscles will be worked so I am prepared to deal with the good yet painful soreness in muscles I forgot I had. Nothing better than a little Aleve to get you through the week.

You have quite the work out regiman. I have been following it for awhile now and you are at a place I hope to be over the next year. I'm glad to have stumbled upon your blog awhile back through SJ's blog!
I just have to tell you - you are a pretty inspiring individual. I have a short list of them (inspiring individuals that is ;) all inspire me for different reasons. Thanks for writing about the journey from fat to fit! So many people in the boat, ya know? Thanks for nudging me along the past couple of days. I really needed it.
